5 year no-quibble Warranty as standard

We are committed to delivering medical carts of the highest quality and reliability. To ensure compliance with international safety standards, including IEC 60601, each of our powered WOW’s undergoes rigorous electrical safety testing. We perform comprehensive evaluations, such as earth bond testing, insulation resistance, and leakage current measurements, to verify that that every cart meets stringent safety requirements.

 

Additionally, every cart is subjected to a 24-hour performance assessment and extensive quality control checks before leaving our facility. This meticulous approach allows us to confidently offer a comprehensive, no-quibble, on-site 5 year warranty as standard across our entire range of medical carts.

If anything were to go wrong, or you needed a helping hand, we’re only a phone call or email away. Most queries can be resolved over the phone but if you did need someone to come out to you, one of our friendly RDP engineers would make a visit within the agreed SLA, whilst in your warranty period.

We’ll give you plenty of notice when your warranty is coming to an end, so you’ll have time to decide how to move forward. There are lots of different ways to help you keep your carts and trolleys in full working order, like warranty renewals, annual servicing and replacement spare parts.
