Failure
reporting by telephone can be made between the hours of 9:00am & 5:00pm Monday
to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, arrangements
will be made for either an engineer to visit site or for the the unit to be returned to RDP Health under a valid RMA number.
Before contacting RDP Health, you will require the serial number and part number of
the product along with as much information as possible regarding the nature of the fault.
