Failure
reporting by telephone can be made between the hours of 9am - 5:30pm Monday
- Friday. If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, then arrangements
will be made for an engineer to visit or for the faulty unit to be returned
to RDP.
Before contacting RDP, you will require the Serial Number and Part Number of
the product.
