Wall Mounted Panel PC
With four different points onto which the Panel PC can be mounted, the Computer Wall Mount will always allow for the correct ergonomic distance between display and keyboard, regardless of the size of the Panel PC.
Our own rotational mount can accommodate weights up to 10kg, securely holding the unit in position regardless of user adjustment.
Whether the Panel PC is powered directly from mains, or through an external PSU, all components and cabling are concealed within the unit, providing snag-free easy cleaning.
The worksurface is large enough to provide a usable area for note taking and yet protrudes very little into the traffic area.
The keyboard tray will accommodate most standard or infection control friendly keyboards and is fitted with a wrist rest for user comfort. Optional mouse 'wings' are also available.
When the Computer Wall Mount is fitted with our 22" Wide Screen Panel PC, the CW22, we honestly feel that we have designed one of the most easy to use, easy to mount, flexible, integrated and ergonomic healthcare workstations available anywhere in the world.
Wall Mount for Thin Client
With a wide range of thin client devices now being used in medical environments, the Computer Wall Mount from RDP Health has been designed to accommodate most of the thin clients we have seen to date.
If we haven't done one for your model, please contact us and we will.
Whether the thin client is powered directly from mains or through an external power supply, all components are enclosed in the bottom-mounted PC Case which has been designed with infection control and ventilation in mind.
All cabling routing is contained with the main body of the unit, but remains easily accessible for installation and maintenance.
Wall Mount for USFF PC
Although there are some upper weight restrictions on the Computer Wall Mount, we are still able to accommodate a range of the very smallest Form Factor PCs in the unit, without the need for an unsightly externally mounted CPU holder.
Wall Mount for MCA
The Computer Wall Mount provides the perfect solution for mounting a range of commonly used MCA devices in convenient locations around the hospital.
When in situ, the MCA is able to charge through the integrated cabling system and provides the ability to use an external mouse and keyboard for more convenient data entry.
Wall Mount for LCDs and Touch Screens
For applications running purely on Touch Screen with no data entry requirement, we provide a scaled down model of the Computer Wall Mount, without the pullout keyboard tray.
This version of the product is still supplied with a bottom-mounted PSU holder, ensuring that all cabling is always cleanly hidden from view.
Shown here with a reduced sized work surface, this product can also be supplied with the standard depth work surface to provide a small writing area should this be required.
Mouse Wings
The standard Computer Wall Mount provides a worksurface area above the keyboard on which a mouse can conveniently be placed for both right and left handed users.
Should you wish to retain this area specifically as a writing/notes area, the Computer Wall Mount can be supplied with an extended keyboard tray, allowing the mouse to be used at the same height as the keyboard.
This option is available at time of order, or can be easily user upgraded in the field once in service.
PC Wall Bracket
Although the Computer Wall Mount has been designed to allow a wide range of small form factor PCs to be integrated into the unit and thereby provide the cleanest possible cabling solution, we also recognise that in some circumstances, larger desktop computers may be required.
The PC Wall Bracket provides a secure mounting solution for larger computers, and our innovative cable 'slinky' encloses the inter-connecting cabling to give an easy to clean and snag free solution.
Wall Channel Mount
Installation of the standard Computer Wall Mount really is a task that should only take 15 minutes and can be completed by one person. However, for many of customer who have previously been using the Wall Mounted Computer on the wall channel, then the job is even quicker. No drilling, no mess, no fuss, and no need to involve the estates department. The old Wall Mounted Computer slides off, and the new Computer Wall Mount slides on. It really is that simple.
Twin Screen
The Dual Screen Computer Wall Mount allows two displays to be mounted next to each other, both with independent tilt and swivel action. The maximum screen size we can accommodate is 22" in landscape mode, and 22" in portrait mode. For environments where infection control is a key consideration, we recommend the 22" widescreen CW22P Panel PC and matching CW22M slave display - a stunning dual screen solution for PACS Viewing and EPR applications in theatres.
Document Support
On many occasions, when clinicians need access to the computer system, they often also need access to the patient notes file. There are two options for the Computer Wall Mount to facilitate this. The first option is the patient notes support bracket which supports the patient file in an ergonomically comfortable position so that data can easily be read and transferred to the computer system. This option is centrally mounted and partly obscures the integrated work surface. We would therefore recommend the mouse wings option in order to maintain ergonomic mouse use.
The second option is the work surface extension which is a clip on accessory, extending the left hand side of the work surface by an additional 20cm and thereby allowing a full set of patient notes to be open on the work surface, without interfering with the mouse space.
Both of these options can be quickly retrofitted in the field, as can the mouse wing upgrade.
